For years, syndication was simple: MLSs chose a technology partner to provide syndication and brokers generally sent their listings everywhere. But its not that simple anymore. MLSs and Brokerages are sending their listings 'direct' to the large portals. Listing owners are being more selective, demanding 'responsible listing distribution' while demanding a better value exchange.
